Common use of Program Support Clause in Contracts

Program Support. The Bank Companies shall not take any action that NMG reasonably concludes is materially inconsistent with the Program Objectives or otherwise materially adversely affects the Program or NMG’s retail business or relations with its customers in any material respect.
