PROGRAMMING TIERS. Section 1 of Schedule #1 of Exhibit A to the Agreement is hereby deleted and-replaced in its entirety with-the following: “Description of Company Applications. Company Applications means “MobiTV,” which is the Company’s proprietary offering that enables delivery of a variety of news, general entertainment, sports and other television to mobile devices over wireless networks. MobiTV includes (i) the “Premier Content,” which consists of a package of content offered to Subscribers for a fee, and (ii) the “Hispanic Mini-Pack,” which consists of a package of content that will include multiple channels targeted at a Latino audience (i.e., solely by way of example, Telemundo, Azteca America, Mun2, ESPN Deportes, Cine Mexicano, and/or Discovery en Español), and which is offered to Subscribers for a fee separate from the fee for the Premier Content.”

PROGRAMMING TIERS. The initial programming and services offered by Licensee are listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto. This schedule of programming tiers is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change at Licensee's sole discretion pursuant to applicable law.
PROGRAMMING TIERS a. The initial programming and services offered by Licensee are listed in Schedule 4.5, attached hereto. This schedule of programming tiers is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change pending final contract negotiations with content providers and as pursuant to applicable law. b. Although the parties acknowledge that the Issuing Authority cannot regulate Licensee’s programming or program line-up, the parties acknowledge the Issuing Authority’s legitimate advisory role relative to cable services provided and Licensee will, upon request of the Issuing Authority, meet with the Issuing Authority to inform the Issuing Authority about programming and to allow the Issuing Authority to provide advisory input relative to same to the extent allowed by law.

Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Synchronization Rights The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronization license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

  • Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.
