Common use of Progress Payments Clause in Contracts

Progress Payments. Monthly progress payments shall be processed by the City upon receipt of the claim as computed by the Engineer based on work completed during the month per the hourly rates and allowable reimbursable as established in Section 5.1 and approved by the City.
