Common use of Progress Clause in Contracts

The Consultant is responsible to keep the Project Administrator and/or his/her duly authorized designee informed on a regular basis regarding the status and progress of the Products and the Services, activities performed and planned, and any meetings that have been scheduled or are desired relative to the provision of Products and Services or relative to this Agreement.
