Progression of General Operational Staff. (A) Employees shall progress to each further step within their classification level upon completion of twelve months’ service. For the purpose of this subparagraph, 12 months service is defined as 12 months service excluding unpaid leave, provided that where a full- time or part-time Employee works 4 school terms in a given year such Employee will be regarded as having worked 12 months.
