Common use of Prohibited Purposes Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Purposes. The Fund shall not be used for any of the following expressly prohibited purposes: (a) Lobbying in support of anti-union legislation; (b) Supporting litigation before a court or any administrative body against the Union or any of its agents; (c) Subsidizing contractors during a period or periods of work stoppages or strikes.
