Prohibition Against Use of Tobacco. (a) Purchaser Tobacco-Free Policy. All properties and facilities owned, leased or operated by the Purchaser are tobacco-free work places. No person on, at or in any Purchaser-controlled property or facility, including, without limitation, the Premises, may smoke, chew or otherwise use tobacco products. The Provider shall be responsible for: (i) informing any and all persons present on or at the Premises on account of the Installation Work about the Purchaser’s tobacco-free policy; and (ii) strictly enforcing such policy with respect to the Premises. The Purchaser, the Provider, and each Subcontractor shall require that any person present on or at the Premises on account of the Installation Work who violates such policy must permanently leave the Premises, and shall prohibit such person from thereafter being present or performing any of the Installation Work on or at the Premises.

  • CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN In accordance with RCW 28A.400.330, employees, agents, and contractors of the NWESD and District are prohibited from working at a public school if they have or may have contact with children at a public school during the course of their employment and have pleaded guilty to or been convicted of the crimes identified in RCW 28A.400.322. Any failure to comply with this section shall be grounds for the District immediately terminating the contract.
