Common use of Prohibition of Union Activities Clause in Contracts

Prohibition of Union Activities. The Union agrees that neither it nor its officers, agents, representatives or members will engage in Union activities on Employer time or on Employer property except with the permission of the Chief Executive Officer or his designate or except as specifically authorized by this Agreement. Use of the Employer’s e-mail, teleconferencing and/or meeting rooms for ONA bargaining unit correspondence and meetings will be permitted provided it does not interfere with the Employer’s operations. Permission to access the rooms and Health Unit equipment will not be unreasonably denied.

Prohibition of Union Activities. The Union agrees that neither it it, nor its officers, agents, representatives or and members will engage in Union union activities on Employer time or on Employer property except as authorized by the Agreement. The Employer will permit the local president and the Chief Xxxxxxx to carry union cell phones unless such activity unduly interferes with the permission operation of the Chief Executive Officer or his designate or except as specifically authorized Employer which decision shall be exercised by this Agreement. Use of the Employer’s e-mail, teleconferencing and/or meeting rooms for ONA bargaining unit correspondence and meetings will be permitted provided it does not interfere with the Employer’s operations. Permission to access the rooms and Health Unit equipment will not be unreasonably deniedEmployer solely.
