Hospital Property. Union officers, union board members, and union stewards are permitted to use the Hospital’s telephone, email system, scanner, copy machine, and FAX machine for the limited purpose of performing representational duties specific to this Agreement (grievance handling, dispute resolution, and interpretation/application of this Agreement) provided such use does not interfere with Hospital business. The union is prohibited from using Hospital equipment, systems, supplies, technology or other Hospital property for any other purpose.

Hospital Property. Housestaff shall utilize hospital property in a proper, careful, and responsible manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, the use of hospital facilities such as xxxx labs, and the proper handling and speedy return of medical records. Further, common sense standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and consideration for use by others shall dictate use of all hospital facilities.
Hospital Property. Interns & Residents shall utilize hospital property in a proper, careful, and responsible manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, the use of hospital facilities such as xxxx labs, and the proper handling and speedy return of medical records. Hospital Property. The Hospital Property includes, without limitation, the real property identified in Exhibit A (attached hereto). The Hospital Property also includes any real or personal property acquired by the Commission or the RMH Board during the term of this Lease for use in connection with the operation of the Hospital. The Hospital Property does not include any real or personal property that is owned by a third party and leased to the RMH Board by that third party.
Hospital Property. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Xx. Xxxx acknowledges that all items of any kind created or used by him pursuant to his employment or furnished by the Hospital to him including, but not limited to, any motor vehicles, equipment, books, records, credit cards, reports, files, diskettes, manuals, literature, Confidential I nformation, or other materials shall remain and be considered the exclusive property of the Hospital at all times, and shall be surrendered to the Hospital, in good condition (subject to normal wear and tear), promptly without being requested to do so within fifteen (15) days of termination.
Hospital Property. All Confidential Information of the Hospital, whether it is developed by Xx. Xxxx during his period of employment, is the exclusive property of the Hospital and shall at all times be regarded, treated and protected as such.

A PHP typically runs for five hours a day, five days per week. • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – An IOP provides substantial clinical support for patients who are either in transition from a higher level of care or at risk for admission to a higher level of care. An IOP typically runs for three hours per day, three days per week.
