Project and Site Meetings. The Contractor shall ensure that it and any of its personnel requested by the Superintendent or the Principal to attend are represented at any meetings required by the Superintendent or Principal to openly discuss all matters relevant to the WUC and progress of WUC. Such meetings may be convened by the Principal or Superintendent by reasonable notice to the Contractor. If minutes of a meeting are kept by the Superintendent, they will be issued to the Contractor as soon as possible after the meeting. If the Contractor does not agree with the accuracy of the minutes, it must notify the Superintendent of the inaccuracy in accordance with subclause 41.4. Despite the recording of the minutes of any meeting, no resolution or communication at any meeting (nor minutes recording any resolution or communication) shall waive, release, vary or affect in any way the parties obligations under this Contract nor shall it constitute a direction unless and until a direction is given in writing by the Superintendent.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Project Inspector 5.1.1 One or more Project Inspector(s), including special Project Inspector(s), as required, will be assigned to the Work by District, in accordance with requirements of title 24, part 1, of the California Code of Regulations, to enforce the building code and monitor compliance with Plans and Specifications for the Project previously approved by the DSA. Duties of Project Inspector(s) are specifically defined in section 4-342 of said part 1 of title 24.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.

  • Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings on behalf of the Institute.
