Project Assignment. Project Assignment means a directive to the Professional Consultant by the Owner to prepare a proposal for professional services relative to a specific Project, which, upon acceptance by the Owner, shall be incorporated into this Agreement through a fully executed Exhibit C Project Assignment and Purchase Order.
