Common use of Project Completion Report Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Report. By executing the Project Completion Report section provided in Appendix E, Page 2, of this Agreement, the Recipient certifies that the Project is completed, and the Recipient will submit no additional invoices. When executed, this section represents the complete understandings between the OPWC and the Recipient as to the status of the Project. If the Project Completion Report is not provided then the Recipient must provide another form of written communication to indicate that the Project is complete.
