Project Governance Structure and Technical Subteam Meetings. Parties will work together collaboratively within the Project’s governance structure, as established by the State and illustrated below: • Oregon Transportation Commission: Makes final Project decisions • Project Leadership: ODOT leadership provides high-level guidance, advises the OTC and informs major decisions related to the Project’s design and construction, and coordinates with City leadership on decisions.
