Project grant rate. Grants from the Programme may be up to 100% of the total eligible expenditure of the project. Where the Project Promoter is an NGO or a social partner, as defined in Article 1.6 of the Regulation, the project grant rate may also be up to 100% of eligible expenditure of the project. The grant rates for the pre-defined projects are set in section 5.1. The project grant rate shall in all cases be set at a level that complies with the State Aid rules in force and take into account any and all other forms of public support granted to projects.
