Common use of PROJECT MAINTENANCE; EQUIPMENT PURCHASE, MAINTENANCE, AND OWNERSHIP Clause in Contracts

PROJECT MAINTENANCE; EQUIPMENT PURCHASE, MAINTENANCE, AND OWNERSHIP. A. As between the County and Grant Recipient, Grant Recipient shall be responsible to operate and maintain the completed Project at its own sole expense and risk. Grant Recipient shall maintain the completed Project in good working condition consistent with applicable standards and guidelines. Xxxxx Recipient understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the County is not responsible to operate or to maintain the Project in any way.
