Common use of Project Management Oversight Clause in Contracts

Project Management Oversight. County may, at County’s option, select a project manager or construction manager, at County’s sole discretion, cost and expense, to assist in County’s oversight of the Work (the “Project Manager”). The Project Manager will represent the County’s best interest during the construction of the Work to confirm that the Work is being performed pursuant to the terms of this Lease and will act as the liaison between Lessor and County in all items that are subject to approval by County as provided in Clause 13(D) above.

Project Management Oversight. County may, at County’s optionsole discretion, select a project manager or construction manager, at County’s sole discretion, cost and expense, to assist in County’s oversight of the Work (the “Project Manager”). County may use the Abated Rent and/or the FF&E Allowance towards the cost of hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will represent the County’s best interest during the construction of the Work to confirm that the Work is being performed pursuant to the terms of this Lease and will act as the liaison between Lessor and County in all items that are subject to approval by County as provided in Clause 13(D13(C) above.
