Project Notification. For any highway project for which this transition plan applies or is to be used to manage lead-contaminated soil, Caltrans shall provide written notification to DTSC within 10 days of when that determination is made, and shall send copies of the notification to the RWQCB, Air Quality Management District (AQMD) (or Air Pollution Control District, as applicable), local Certified Uniform Program Agency (CUPA), and the Caltrans Agreement Coordinator. For projects that overlie multiple local agency jurisdictions, all appropriate agencies shall receive a copy of the notification. The written notification shall include the following information:
