Project Organisation. 8.1. If requested in writing by the Client or specified in the Order Pack, the Client Representatives and the Supplier Representative shall have regular meetings to monitor and review the performance of this Agreement, to discuss any changes proposed in accordance with Clause 18 and to discuss the Service Level Arrangements. 8.2. Before each meeting, the Client Representatives shall notify the Supplier Representative, and vice versa, of any problems relating to the provision of the Services for discussion at the meeting. At each such meeting, the Parties shall agree a plan to address such problems. In the event of any problem being unresolved or a failure to agree on the plan, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure. Progress in implementing the plan shall be included in the agenda for the next meeting.
