Project Organisation. 12.1 The Parties shall appoint a Project Team who shall be authorised to make decisions about the Project on behalf of the Company and Client. The Project Team shall be agreed between the Parties and set out in writing, together with details of the roles and responsibilities of each Project Team Member.
