Project Performance Metrics. The goal of this subtask is to finalize key performance targets for the project based on feedback from the TAC and report on final results in achieving those targets. The performance targets should be a combination of scientific, engineering, techno-economic, and/or programmatic metrics that provide the most significant indicator of the research or technology’s potential success.
