Sixteen participants (all in managerial/supervisory positions) from all four fields attended the training. The most important objectives of this workshop were to: • Discuss food security problem analysis within the context of achieving the Vision of a Community • Learn some tools/techniques for problem identification • Apply those tools to various simulated food security problems • Learn basic steps in program design • Review and discuss gold standard program designs • Conduct critical analysis of Title II program designs in FHI and suggest improvements
