Project Resettlement Issues. Acquisition of easement for lying the sewer pipelines and land for expansion of existing sewerage treatment plant was analyzed for proposed project interventions in Limuru, this was don order to indentify the most appropriate routes for the sewer lines which do not impact on private assets and sources of livelihood. The following measures were adopted to minimize project impact to private assets and sources of livelihood and the need for land acquisition and resettlement impacts, the measures include.  The adopted technology (oxidation ditches) for augmentation and rehabilitation of the existing Limuru Waste Water Treatment Plant did not trigger the need for additional land, proposed works will be done within the existing plant premises.  Trunk sewer, secondary sewers pipelines are planned to be located within existing way-leaves and riparian land.

  • Step Movement During the period from September 1, 2009 through August 27, 2011, there shall be no non-probationary step movements, including any step movement provided for in other provisions of this Agreement. Step movement shall resume on August 28, 2011. Employees hired or promoted between September 1, 2009 and August 27, 2011 shall not receive a probationary step increase. Upon resumption of step movement, the employee’s step date shall be the employee’s date of hire or promotion. No retroactive movement shall occur for the two (2) years that have been skipped. Upon resumption of step movement, newly hired employees will move to the next step in their pay range after completion of their probationary period. In periods other than September 1, 2009 through August 27, 2011, newly hired employees hired on or after November 1, 2015 will move to the next step in the pay range after completion of one hundred eighty (180) days in active pay status, and every year thereafter provided the employee has successfully completed his/her probationary period.

  • Settlement of Disputes between Contracting Parties (1) Disputes between Contracting Parties regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled through official channels.

  • Settlement of Grievances The applicable procedures of this Agreement shall be followed for the settlement of all grievances. All grievances shall be considered carefully and processed promptly.

  • Notice to Settlement Class Members 5.1 The Parties agree that the following Notice Program provides reasonable notice to the Settlement Class.

  • Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution.   • Settlement of Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement should, if possible, be settled through diplomatic channels.

  • CONSEQUENCES OF POSITIVE TEST RESULTS For post-Accident or reasonable suspicion, a Covered Employee shall be immediately removed from performing his or her job or, in the alternative, may be temporarily reassigned to work that is not safety-sensitive if such work is available. The Covered Employee shall be subject to disciplinary action, and shall meet with the SAPC, as set forth in Exhibit A, and section 10 below, if the Covered Employee:

  • Step 2 (a) If the grievance is not resolved at Step 1, the grievant or designated representative may submit the grievance in writing on a grievance form as contained in Appendix B of this Agreement, to the Agency Head or designated representative within 10 days following receipt of the decision at Step 1. The grievance form must contain the same information as the grievance filed at Step 1. The grievance shall include a copy of the grievance form submitted at Step 1, together with the written response and documents in support of the grievance.
