Private Assets definition

Private Assets means investments that are not publicly traded or listed on a public stock exchange and that are not part of the Company’s core fixed income investment portfolio. Private Asset equity investments are Private Asset investments that are structured and negotiated by the Company where the Company owns an equity or residual interest in an entity, special purpose vehicle, trust, division, fund, partnership, limited partnership or any form of corporation. Private Asset equity investments purchased during a calendar year or Vintage means the amount of the transaction that has funded resulting in an economic interest or right to a future economic interest in the vehicle being acquired by the Company by the end of that calendar year or Vintage.
Private Assets. The Condominium consists of thirteen subsidiary properties which are described as land for the construction of office buildings, industrial or commercial units, and which make up the private area of the Condominium. Each one of the subsidiary properties has been identified by means of a lot number, as appears on the corresponding blueprint as well as in the deed of constitution. The joint owners acquire, together with the subsidiary or private assets, the right to use the shared elements that are defined by Law and this Bylaw, as well as those entitlements and obligations which are acknowledged and imposed by this Bylaw.   • Real Estate Assets means any investment by the Company or the Operating Partnership in unimproved and improved Real Property (including fee or leasehold interests, options and leases), directly, through one or more subsidiaries or through a Joint Venture.

  • Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Material Real Estate Asset means (i) any fee-owned Real Estate Asset having a fair market value in excess of $2,500,000 as of the date of the acquisition thereof or (ii) any Real Estate Asset that the Required Lenders have determined is material to the business, general affairs, assets, liabilities, operations, management, condition (financial or otherwise), stockholders’ equity, results of operations or value of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, including the Borrower.

  • Transferred Assets means the assets, rights and properties of the Sellers that the Purchasers shall acquire as of the Closing.

  • Acquisition Assets With respect to an Acquisition, the aggregate net assets as of the effective date of such Acquisition of all Acquired Funds.
