Project Scope and Budget. The OWNER shall define the scope and budget of the Project and, when applicable, periodically update the Project budget, including that portion allocated for the cost of the Work. The Project budget shall include contingencies for design, development, and, when required by the scope of the Project, construction of the Project. The OWNER shall not significantly increase or decrease the overall Project scope or schedule, the portion of the budget allocated for the cost of the Work, or contingencies included in the overall budget or a portion of the budget, without the agreement of MSA to a corresponding change in the Project scope, quality, schedule, and compensation of MSA.

Project Scope and Budget. The Project Improvements shall be based upon the Approved Work Scope attached hereto as Exhibit A. Said work scope shall be arrived at based on Developer’s desired improvements to the property. For each item of the work scope, Developer shall obtain at least two competitive quotations and provide evidence of same to the City along with an executed copy of the contract for said work. The Developer shall then total the amount of each improvement and arrive at a Project Cost. To that amount, a 10% contingency factor shall be added to arrive at a Total Project Cost. No reduction in the Project Improvements shall be made without the prior written approval of the City.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget (a) The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association not later than November 30 of each Fiscal Year during the implementation of the Project, a work plan and budget containing all activities proposed to be included in the Project during the following Fiscal Year, and a proposed financing plan for expenditures required for such activities, setting forth the proposed amounts and sources of financing.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Concession Area, including its abandonment.

However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
