Projects Selected by the State. The State shall have authority and responsibility for project selection as to those 15 projects in the Xxxxx County TMA that are on the National Highway System or that are funded by the state-allocated 16 Surface Transportation Block Grant Program, Highway Safety Improvement Program, Railway-Highway Crossings 17 Program, and the National Highway Freight Program.   • Termination by the State The State or commissioner of Administration may cancel this Professional and Technical Services Master Contract and any Work Authorizations at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days’ written notice to the Contractor. Upon termination, the Contractor will be entitled to payment, determined on a pro rata basis, for services satisfactorily performed.

  • Project Monitoring by the State The State may conduct on-site or off-site monitoring reviews of the Project during the term of this Grant Agreement and for up to ninety (90) days after it expires or is otherwise terminated. The Grantee shall extend its full cooperation and give full access to the Project site and to relevant documentation to the State or its authorized designees for the purpose of determining, among other things:

  • Termination by the Service Provider 19.1 The Service Provider may by notice determine the employment of the Service Provider under this Agreement if the Service user is in default in respect of any one or more of the following:

  • Termination by the Company This Agreement may be terminated by the Company at any time prior to the Effective Time:

  • Termination for Cause by The District The District may immediately terminate this Agreement for cause for any of the following reasons:

  • Assistance by COUNTY STAFF 1.3.1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A-E in connection with the work of this CONTRACT. Said staff member's duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A-E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous items which in the judgment of A-E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and all other duties as may be described in Attachment A.

  • Acceptance by the City It is expressly understood and agreed that all materials provided and/or work done by the Contractor shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the City at its discretion, and that any progress inspections and approval by the City of any item or work shall not forfeit the right of the City to require the correction of faulty workmanship or material at any time during the course of the work, although previously approved by oversight. Nothing herein contained shall relieve the Contractor of the responsibility for proper construction and maintenance of the work, materials and equipment required under the terms of this Contract until all work has been completed and accepted by the City.
