Prolonged Statutory. If an Administrator’s or Supervisor’s absence shall be the result of a personal injury caused by an accident arising out, and in the course of his/her employment, such Administrator or Supervisor shall be allowed sick leave with full pay for the entire period of such absence for up to one (1) calendar year.

Prolonged Statutory. If an Employee's absence shall be the result of a personal injury caused by an accident arising out of, and in the course of, his employment, or an illness arising out of, and in the course of, his employment, such Employee shall be allowed sick leave with full pay for the entire period of such absence for up to a maximum of twelve (12) months. Such sick leave shall not be charged to the sick leave provided in Subsection A of this ARTICLE.
