Promotion and Link to Sites. 3.1.1 By joining the WHAP, the Affiliate agrees to market, promote and refer potential Customers to the Sites, by creating or using a Xxxxxxx Xxxx provided link and maintaining a unique link and/or promo code from its site to the Sites and by disseminating Promotional Messaging received from the Operator. 3.1.2 This link or promo code may be established with one or more of the Operator’s Banners and Text Links. The Affiliate will be solely liable for the content and manner of its marketing and promotional activities and shall also ensure that all key qualifying criteria relating to any promotions are displayed in a clear and transparent manner. All such activities must be conducted at all times in a professional and lawful manner and compliant with the Consumer Protection Rules and all other Relevant Law (including without limitation relevant advertising codes of practice) within the jurisdiction the Affiliate is operating from and also the various jurisdictions of the Customers and any related Relevant law. 3.1.3 The Affiliate shall ensure that all marketing, advertising and promotions targeted at potential Customers in Illinois or otherwise subject to regulation by the Gaming Commission shall include the wording set out at 3.1.3.1

Promotion and Link to Sites. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to market, promote and refer potential Users to the Sites, by creating and maintaining a unique link from your site to the Sites and by disseminating Promotional Mails provided that you have obtained our advance written approval of the content which is used around such link, and the form of such Promotional Mails. Such a link may be established with one or more of our Banners and Text Links. You will be solely liable for the content and manner of your marketing and promotion activities. All such activities must be conducted at all times in a professional and lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulation, including without limitation with Privacy and Data Protection Requirements (including without limitation any and all requirements to obtain individuals’ consent prior to marketing).

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

If such request for promotion or transfer is offered and the employee refuses, the request becomes null and void and he/she shall resubmit his/her request no sooner than six (6) months after the original request. 9:3 Company may either promote a lower classification or transfer an employee in the same classification, if a job is not filled under Section 9:1. 9:4 Whenever a temporary vacancy occurs in any job classification, the Company may fill it by appointment. If practicable, the Company shall fill such vacancy with the senior qualified employee in the next lower classification within the headquarters. Temporary vacancies shall be those vacancies caused by the absence of an employee due to industrial injury, leave of absence, vacation or sick leave and additional jobs which the Company contemplates will be of ninety (90) days’ duration or less. 9:5 Whenever the Company establishes a new headquarters or additional crews, employees within that geographical division shall be notified a sufficient time in advance to enable them to file a request for transfer or promotion to the new headquarters or crew. The Supervisor in the geographical area will notify the area Business Representative of new crew locations. 9:6 Employees who accept a promotion to a new headquarters will indicate in writing that he understands that acceptance of the promotion establishes him in a new permanent headquarters without lodging.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
