Sangoma must promptly notify Customer if, in its opinion, Customer's instruction does not comply with the Privacy and Data Protection Requirements.
Notwithstanding the obligation to comply with laws and regulations in general, you must also ensure that all marketing and advertising you undertake through your involvement with the Traffic Flow Partners Affiliate Program is conducted in full compliance with any applicable advertising regulations (including, but not limited to, restrictions and/or requirements relating to content or location/positioning of material) and the Privacy and Data Protection Requirements.
