Promotion Bonus. Effective July 1, 2023, in recognition of achievement, a Member who is promoted shall receive a one-time bonus of $2,500 upon attaining Continuing Status/Associate rank and Senior rank.

Promotion Bonus. Effective July 1, 2023, on promotion to the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, a Member shall receive a $5000 one-time payment in the year in which the promotion becomes effective.
Promotion Bonus. In consideration of Executive’s increased responsibilities and efforts in 2006 associated with becoming the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Executive shall receive a cash lump sum bonus of $2,625,000 within thirty (30) days following his execution of this Agreement.
Promotion Bonus. Subject to Executive’s performance of the Transition Duties to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company, the Company shall waive repayment of the first installment of the Promotion Bonus (within the meaning of the Employment Agreement entered into by and between the Company and Executive, dated as of August 26, 2010 (the “Employment Agreement”)) paid to Executive on September 3, 2010 in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000). Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive shall not be entitled to receive the second installment of the Promotion Bonus irrespective of Executive’s continued employment in accordance with this Agreement.
Promotion Bonus. The Executive shall be paid a one-time cash promotion bonus of $100,000, such bonus to be payable within 30 calendar days of the Effective Date.
Promotion Bonus. As consideration for Employee’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the covenants in Article 5, on February 13, 2015, the Company shall grant to the Employee a restricted stock grant for two thousand (2,000) shares of Company common stock, issued under the Company’s 2011 Equity Incentive Plan as of the close of the market on February 13, 2015; provided, however, said restricted stock shall be held by the Company subject to a risk of forfeiture. The risk of forfeiture shall lapse as to 500 shares upon the date of grant and shall lapse as to 500 shares on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the issue date, provided the Employee is still employed by the Company on such dates. The Company shall hold the shares until so issued. A separate equity award agreement, entered into by Employee and Company, shall govern the terms of the grant.
Promotion Bonus. As soon as reasonably practicable following the date hereof, Executive shall receive a one-time cash payment equal to $200,000 (the “Promotion Bonus”). The Promotion Bonus shall vest in four equal annual installments beginning on July 19, 2024 with the final installment vesting on July 19, 2027 (each installment, a “Tranche”). In the event Executive voluntarily terminates employment with the Company without Good Reason or the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause, in either case on or prior to July 19, 2027, then Executive shall be required to repay the gross amount of each unvested Tranche of the Promotion Bonus (e.g., if Executive voluntarily terminates employment without Good Reason on June 30, 2025, Executive would be required to repay to the Company $150,000).
Promotion Bonus. Employee shall be entitled to a one-time bonus as a result of his promotion to Chief Operating Officer and his continued responsibilities as Chief Medical Officer of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($625,000.00), which shall be paid by Employer on the first regular payroll in January 2017.
Promotion Bonus. Executive shall receive a one-time cash promotion bonus (“Promotion Bonus”) in an amount equal to $400,000, which Promotion Bonus shall be paid to Executive on or prior to the second payroll date following the Effective Date.
