Lump Sum Bonus. Each bargaining unit employee who was on the payroll as of October 6, 2003, and is actively employed on the date of payment of this bonus, shall receive a bonus, as follows: Food Clerks/Meat Cutters -All eligible employees shall receive thirty cents (30¢) for each hour for which the employee was compensated for the fifty-two (52) calendar weeks preceding March 6, 2006. General Merchandise Clerks/Meat Clerks/Service Seafood/Head Delicatessen Operator/Bakery. Health & Beauty Aids & Household Hardware Clerks - All eligible employees shall receive thirty cents (30¢) for each hour for which the employee was compensated for the fifty-two (52) calendar weeks preceding March 6, 2006. Clerk's Helpers/Snack Bar -All eligible employees shall receive fifteen cents (15¢) for each hour for which the employee was compensated for the fifty-two (52) calendar weeks preceding March 6, 2006. This bonus will be paid no later than thirty (30) days from March 6, 2006 to employees who are actively employed on that date or thirty (30) days from when an employee returns to work from an approved leave of absence or layoff provided, however, the employee returns to work prior to the expiration of this agreement. This provision will apply to employees on approved leave of absence or layoff at the time of reinstatement who are actively employed at the time payment is due. This payment also will be made no later than thirty (30) days following the expiration of the employee's recall rights under the terms of this Agreement. The above bonuses shall not become part of the contractual straight-time hourly rates of pay set forth in this Agreement and no benefit contributions shall be made, increased or changed because the Employer provided these bonuses.
Lump Sum Bonus. On April 1, 1997, the Company shall pay the Executive, as a retention bonus, a lump sum amount equal to three months' of the Executive's salary (calculated as $34,612.50 for base pay including car allowance, minus applicable withholding taxes and similar items).
Lump Sum Bonus. 6.3(c)(1) Bargaining unit employees on the payroll effective June 04, 2010, who meet the qualifications listed below will receive a lump sum bonus of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) paid on June 18, 2010.
Lump Sum Bonus. The University shall provide all eligible faculty employees in the faculty pay plan a one-time, lump-sum bonus of $1,000, less taxes, from the legislative appropriation, effective December 1, 2004. Eligible employees are those faculty whose most recent performance evaluation is at least satisfactory (as determined by a rating of “satisfactory” or better on a majority of assigned FTE), and who were continuously appointed from July 1, 2004, through December 1, 2004.
Lump Sum Bonus. 1. Registered Nurses who acquire Professional Nursing Certification (requires two years of continuous employment and approved in advance by the Director of Nursing or designee.)
Lump Sum Bonus. A description of the lump sum bonus schedule effective for the period of this Agreement is in Attachment C.

This bonus will be paid no later than thirty (30) days from March 6, 2006 to employees who are actively employed on that date or thirty (30) days from when an employee returns to work from an approved leave of absence or layoff provided, however, the employee returns to work prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Lump Sum Bonus. Employers will pay Employee a one-time, lump sum bonus in consideration of the retention bonus that Employee was due to receive from his current employer (“Retention Bonus”). The amount of the Retention Bonus will be $50,000 less the amount paid to Employee by his current employer as and for the Retention Bonus and all applicable withholdings. The Retention Bonus shall be paid within 30 days after Employee provides evidence of the amount that his previous employer has paid towards the Retention Bonus. The following example is meant to illustrate how this provision is to work: Assume that on August 1, 2007, Employee receives $32,000 as the retention bonus from his former employer. Employee’s lump sum bonus from Employers would be $18,000 less all applicable withholdings and would be due and payable by August 31, 2007.
Lump Sum Bonus. A description of the lump sum bonus schedule effective for the period of this Agreement is in Attachment C. The following dates are the beginning of the pay cycle, with bonus’s being paid out on the first pay date of the pay cycle. Bonus 9/26/2016 $4,000 9/25/2017 $2,000 9/24/2018 $2,000 9/23/2019 $2,000 Employees on the active payroll as of the date of ratification of the instant agreement shall be paid a lump sum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) payable no later than the second full pay period after ratification
Lump Sum Bonus. Those employees in pay grade N-6 in Step 2 prior to the start of Schedule E will receive a $1000.00 lump sum bonus, prorated for appointment, in December 2015. Schedule F – Pay Grade N-6 623B. Effective July 1, 2016 the Wage Schedule shall be no less than the amount set forth for each step within pay grade N6 as shown in Schedule E, Paragraph 624F.
