PROMOTION BY VENDOR. At his/her own expense, Vendor is encouraged to pursue any/all of their own promotional opportunities, including their own websites. Links to the Gallery of Wisconsin Art are welcomed.

PROMOTION BY VENDOR. On his/her own expense, Vendor may wish to contribute to a promotional campaign during the exhibition of his/her Artworks by, enlightening the opening reception by his/her presence, printing own catalogue, self-promotion through their own social network, etc. No expense which is to be shared shall be incurred by either party without the prior consent of the other party as to the amount of the expense. After the exhibition, the frames, photographs, negatives, and any other tangible property created in the duration of the exhibition shall be the property of the party that paid for the expenses.
PROMOTION BY VENDOR. Vendor may advertise and promote the Program at its own expense in any manner it desires; provided, however, Vendor shall provide USR with prior notice and copies of any such advertising or promotional materials that relate specifically to USR, use of USR's trademarks, trade names, designs and art work, or the distribution of the Program with the CD-ROM Devices.
