Promotion To A Higher Rated Bargaining Unit Job Classification. An Employee who has been promoted to a higher level bargaining unit position or whose position has been reclassified to a higher level bargaining unit position shall receive a six (6%) per cent salary adjustment or be moved to the minimum of the salary range of the higher rated position, whichever is greater.
