Common use of Promotion to Road Patrol Sergeant Clause in Contracts

Promotion to Road Patrol Sergeant. The employee must have four (4) years of law enforcement experience, be fully empowered to enforce the criminal laws of the State of Michigan, and have been continuously employed by the Office of the Sheriff of Lenawee County for at least four (4) years as a Deputy, Detective or Road Patrol Corporal.
