PROMOTIONS AND NEW JOBS. A. All permanent vacancies and/or newly created positions within the bargaining unit shall be posted within seven (7) calendar days of the date the vacancy occurs. Vacancies shall be defined as a position that the Board of Education intends to fill to which no other employee has a claim.
