PROPER REMEDY. Where a grievance is filed and it is determined that an error has been made, the remedy will only be extended to the individual(s) whose rights under the Collective Agreement have been violated. It is understood that in these cases, the actual grievor may not be the recipient of that remedy.
PROPER REMEDY. Where a grievance is filed at stage 1 or stage 2 and it is determined that the grievance is justified, the Employer will work with the Union to ensure that the remedy is provided to the actual individual whose rights under the agreement have been violated, whether or not that individual filed a grievance or not. It is understood that the actual grievers may not be the recipient of that remedy.
