Property Tax Base. The Property Taxes per rentable square foot actually incurred by Landlord for the twelve month period ending June 30, 2000. BUILDING COST BASE: The Building Costs per rentable square foot actually incurred by Landlord for the twelve month period ending June 30, 2000. EXPENSE RECOVERY PERIOD: Every twelve month period during the Term (or portion thereof during the first and last Lease years) ending June 30.
