As part of its bid or proposal, Proposer shall provide to the City a list of all instances within the past ten (10) years where a complaint was filed or pending against Proposer in a legal or administrative proceeding alleging that Proposer discriminated against its employees, subconsultants, vendors, or suppliers, and a description of the status or resolution of that complaint, including any remedial action taken.
