Proposed Bay Area Region. 16 ORA and Cal Water agree to transitional consolidation of the Bay Area Region 17 (Bayshore/Redwood Valley Districts). Under this transitional consolidation, tariffs and 18 rates are the same for similar customer classes in the Region. Rate design for the 19 consolidated service areas in the Bay Area Region is based on the Bayshore District’s 20 rate design (including the consumption blocks for tiered residential rates). Cal Water

  • Transfer outside of the Bargaining Unit (a) A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than three (3) months, or is seconded to teach for an academic year shall not suffer any loss of seniority, service or benefits. A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of more than three (3) months, but not more than one (1) year shall retain, but not accumulate, her or his seniority held at the time of the transfer. In the event the nurse is returned to a position in the bargaining unit, she or he shall be credited with seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of her or his return to the bargaining unit.   • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility. Contracting Of- ficer may approve an alternate Scaling site, when Con- tracting Officer determines that Scaling conditions at an alternate site are acceptable. Such conditions shall in- clude at a minimum:

  • Sale Area Map The boundaries of “Sale Area” and any subdivision thereof, are as shown on the at- tached “Sale Area Map” that is made a part hereof, and were, before timber sale advertisement, designated on the ground by Forest Service to meet the anticipated needs of the parties. The location of Sale Area and its approximate acreage are stated in A1. Subdivisions may be revised and additional ones may be established only by written agreement. Subdivisions or cutting units may be eliminated from Sale Area under conditions described in B6.36. Catastrophically Damaged areas may be re- moved from Sale Area under B8.32. Where applicable, the following are also identified on Sale Area Map:

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Positions outside the Bargaining Unit (a) An employee may substitute temporarily in a position outside the bargaining unit for up to fifteen (15) months from the date of the assignment. Bargaining unit employees shall be given the first opportunity to fill the resulting vacancy. The employee shall have the right to return to her or his bargaining unit position prior to the expiry of the fifteen (15) month period by giving the Employer six (6) weeks’ notice. Where an employee is backfilling outside of the bargaining unit for purposes of pregnancy and/or parental leave, the period of time will be extended up to nineteen (19) months from the date of the assignment. An employee who remains outside of the bargaining unit beyond the period covered by this article shall lose all seniority. When the employee returns to the bargaining unit, all other employee(s) shall revert to their previous positions. An employee must remain in the bargaining unit for a period of at least three (3) months before transferring out of the bargaining unit again or she or he will lose all seniority held at the time of the subsequent transfer unless the parties agree otherwise.

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, he shall retain his seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee returns to the bargaining unit within twelve (12) months, he shall be placed in a job consistent with his seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.
