Proposed Conditions Analysis. A proposed conditions hydrologic model will be created by updating the existing conditions hydrologic model with the proposed Xxx Xxxxx Park project site improvements. • Proposed conditions hydrologic parameters will be recalculated. • Proposed conditions discharges for the 5-, 25-, and 100-year storm events will be calculated.
Proposed Conditions Analysis. Perform proposed conditions detention plan for the scenario with the existing recreational building being removed and the new recreational building and site improvements constructed. • Formulate and analyze any modifications to the interim conditions detention plan as needed to accommodate the proposed conditions. • Detention analysis will be performed for the 5-, 25- and 100-year storm events to meet City drainage criteria. • Perform downstream assessment to ensure no adverse impacts to downstream structures and drainage systems.
