Proposed Use of Shared Facilities. TTFD Senior membership will automatically include EFLTC Social membership (currently $30 pa but subject to negotiation, payable to EFLTC) and as such, TTFD members and their accompanied guests will have access to the shared amenities (showers and toilets) in both new and existing buildings and to the existing Clubrooms. The new building will include a dedicated TTFD office and storeroom, separate from the playing area. TTFD will be responsible for furnishing the office and storeroom and insuring their contents. The new building may include a dedicated EFLTC Coach’s office and storeroom and external viewing podiums. EFLTC will be responsible for furnishing the office, storeroom and podiums and insuring their contents.

  • Shared Facilities The Parties acknowledge and agree that certain of the Shared Facilities and Interconnection Facilities, and Seller’s rights and obligations under the Interconnection Agreement, may be subject to certain shared facilities or co-tenancy agreements to be entered into among Seller, the Participating Transmission Owner, Seller’s Affiliates, or third parties pursuant to which certain Interconnection Facilities may be subject to joint ownership and shared maintenance and operation arrangements; provided that such agreements (i) shall permit Seller to perform or satisfy, and shall not purport to limit, its obligations hereunder and (ii) provide for separate metering of the Facility.

  • Shared Use During the time that non- expendable personal property is held for use on the project or program for which it was acquired, the Grantee shall make it avail- able for use on other projects or programs if such other use will not interfere with the work on the project or program for which the property was originally acquired. First preference for such other use shall be given to other projects or programs sponsored by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354; second preference shall be given to projects or programs sponsored by other Federal agencies. If the property is owned by the Federal Government, use on other activi- ties not sponsored by the Federal Govern- ment shall be permissible if authorized by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354. User charges should be consid- ered if appropriate.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • Use of University Facilities Members may use the office assigned to them in connection with such professionally-related activities as preparation of professional manuscripts and materials, scholarly endeavors, approved consultancies, and service to professional associations, schools, or other groups or agencies for whom such service is appropriate. Upon request, faculty may use laboratories and studios for non-sponsored research and other scholarly activity. Upon request, faculty may use meeting rooms and other physical facilities for professionally-related groups subject to availability and prevailing policies of the University governing use of facilities. The facilities of the TRC, Print Shop, computer labs and the use of University equipment are available to the faculty in connection with professional writing, research, or approved service projects subject to availability and to reimbursement at prevailing rates charged by the University.

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract. Captions are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein. Appendix A Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, dated January 2014, attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract.   • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.
