Social Membership. This Membership Application and Agreement provides the Applicant only (subject to condition of the acceptance by MACCO LLC of Applicant’s Membership Application and Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Member” or “Applicant” ), a revocable license to use the amenities of the Club as long as Member is an active monthly dues paying Member from the date of the issuance of such Member’s Club membership (the “Term”).
Social Membership. Club members with access to Club Facilities based on the terms and conditions set by the Club and posted on the Club website
Social Membership. The Employer shall pay the entire cost of a social membership at the Club and all expenses incurred in the use of said membership at said club excepting only personal charges unrelated to the Employer business which are incurred by Executive at such Club.
Social Membership. From the Date of Transfer the Purchaser shall automatically receive social membership and the right to use the social club house facilities.
Social Membership. For those that only want to partake in the basic educational offerings and special member events, we offer a social membership for $20 per month. If paid 6-months at a time, a 10% discount applies. Paid annually, receive a 15% discount.
Social Membership. The Social Membership is for an individual and his/her legal spouse and dependent children under 18 years of age. The fee shall be $600 annually. The privileges include private dining access, early event booking and access to Members Only Events. All merchandise and food purchases may be charged to Member’s account which shall be paid in full each month. GOLF CART AGREEMENT. Member acknowledges that he/she is aware that golf carts are an amenity available at an additional fee and if the Member chooses to rent said golf cart the Member warrants that the Member is familiar with the operation of the golf cart and agrees to return said golf cart at the end of play in as good of condition as received. The annual fee for golf cart rental, if elected, is $500.00 annually for a Single Membership and $600.00 for a Family Membership.
Social Membership. The Company shall pay on behalf of the Employee, or reimburse the Employee for, up to $20,000 for the initiation fee at a social club located in the New York Metropolitan Trading Area. The Employee's membership in such social club must be a corporate membership in the name of Omnipoint Corporation.
Social Membership. Social Membership entitles the respective Club Member (a “Social Member”), and his or her Immediate Family, to the use of the Social Facilities and the Health Club, and such other privileges and benefits as shall be published from time to time by Management pursuant to the Matrix, all in accordance with these Regulations and the Club Rules, and upon paying the required Club Dues, Use Fees and such other charges as may be established by Management from time to time.

Social Members who play in more than 2 matches for any given side are required to register with The Club as Player Members and pay Player Member dues. Social Members are entitled to the following benefits of The Club: • Entrance to all non-paid Club social activities • Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting • Eligibility to hold a position on the Club Executive Board
