PRORATED HEALTH BENEFITS. The District shall contribute a prorata share on behalf of part- time bargaining unit members toward group health insurance benefits. The prorata share shall be determined by the number of hours assigned to the affected bargaining unit member as the numerator, divided by the number of hours in a full-time assignment. (For example, the District would contribute up to 50% of the cap for a half-time bargaining unit) The bargaining unit member through monthly payroll deductions shall pay the difference.
