Proration of Benefits. When benefits allowed under this article are prorated, they shall be prorated in accordance with the following schedule: a. If the employee is scheduled to work 20 to 29 hours per week, benefits will be prorated at fifty percent (50%). b. If the employee is scheduled to work 30 to 39 hours per week, benefits will be prorated at seventy five percent (75%).
