Prosecutor's Interviews. (a) Where a member is required to attend a Prosecutor's interview immediately following the completion by the member of a regular day shift in preparation for a case to be heard in a Court of criminal jurisdiction at which the member is to give evidence as a witness, the member shall be entitled to 4 hours' compensation. (b) When the morning session of a Court of criminal jurisdiction commences at 1000 hours and a member is required to attend a Prosecutor's interview on the same day such Court is held and at which the member is to give evidence as a witness, the member shall be entitled to compensation for attending the Prosecutor's interview as follows: (1) for attendance at 0830 hours the member shall be entitled to 2 hours' compensation; (2) for attendance at 0900 hours the member shall be entitled to 1½ (one and one-half) hours' compensation; (3) for attendance at 0930 hours the member shall be entitled to 1 (one) hours' compensation. PROVIDED HOWEVER, if the Court appearance is cancelled by the Prosecutor prior to 1000 hours the member will be eligible to receive the Court attendance compensation only; (c) When the afternoon session of a Court of criminal jurisdiction commences at 1400 hours and a member is required to attend a Prosecutor's interview on the same day such Court is held and at which the member is to give evidence as a witness, the member shall be entitled to compensation for such attendance upon the Prosecutor as follows: (1) for attendance at 1230 hours the member shall be entitled to 2 hours' compensation; (2) for attendance at 1300 hours the member shall be entitled to 1½ (one and one-half) hours' compensation; (3) for attendance at 1330 hours the member shall be entitled to 1 (one) hour's compensation. PROVIDED HOWEVER, if the Court appearance is cancelled by the Prosecutor prior to 1400 hours, the member will be eligible to receive the Court attendance compensation only.

(bii) In the event that a Member is required to attend a scheduled Prosecutor's interview through a regular law enforcement notification or subpoena, immediately following attendance at an afternoon court session, on a day off, then that Member shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.5 (Call‐outs).
(iii) When the morning attending a session of a Court of criminal jurisdiction commences at 1000 hours and a member Member is required to attend a Prosecutorprosecutor's interview on the same day such Court is held and prior to the Court attendance time at which the member Member is to give evidence as a witness, the member Member shall be entitled to compensation for attending the Prosecutor's interview such attendance as follows:
(1) for For attendance at 0830 hours up to thirty minutes prior to the member Court attendance time the Member shall be entitled to 2 hours' compensation;time off of one hour.
(2) for For attendance at 0900 hours thirty‐one minutes to sixty minutes prior to the member Court attendance time the Member shall be entitled to 1½ (time off of one and one-half) one‐half hours' compensation;.
(3) for For attendance at 0930 hours sixty‐one minutes to ninety minutes prior to the member Court attendance time the Member shall be entitled to 1 (one) time off of two hours' compensation. PROVIDED HOWEVER, that if the Court appearance is cancelled by the Prosecutor prosecutor prior to 1000 hours the member will be eligible to receive the Court attendance compensation only;
(c) When the afternoon session of a Court of criminal jurisdiction commences at 1400 hours and a member is required to attend a ProsecutorCourt's interview on the same day such Court is held and at which the member is to give evidence as a witnessmorning commencement time, the member shall be entitled to compensation for such attendance upon the Prosecutor as follows:
(1) for attendance at 1230 hours the member shall be entitled to 2 hours' compensation;
(2) for attendance at 1300 hours the member shall be entitled to 1½ (one and one-half) hours' compensation;
(3) for attendance at 1330 hours the member shall be entitled to 1 (one) hour's compensation. PROVIDED HOWEVER, if the Court appearance is cancelled by the Prosecutor prior to 1400 hours, the member Member will be eligible to receive the Court attendance compensation only.
(iv) For the purpose of subsection 9.7(e)(iii) above, if the Member elects to be paid in lieu of time‐off he/she shall be paid at straight time rates.

(1) hour.
(2) for For attendance at 0900 hours thirty-one (31) minutes to sixty (60) minutes prior to the member Court attendance time the Member shall be entitled to 1½ (time off of one and one-halfhalf (1½) hours' compensation;.
(3) for For attendance at 0930 hours sixty-one (61) minutes to ninety (90) minutes prior to the member Court attendance time the Member shall be entitled to 1 time off of two (one2) hours' compensation. PROVIDED HOWEVER, that if the Court appearance is cancelled by the Prosecutor prosecutor prior to 1000 hours the member will be eligible to receive the Court attendance compensation only;
(c) When the afternoon session of a Court of criminal jurisdiction commences at 1400 hours and a member is required to attend a ProsecutorCourt's interview on the same day such Court is held and at which the member is to give evidence as a witnessmorning commencement time, the member shall be entitled to compensation for such attendance upon the Prosecutor as follows:
(1) for attendance at 1230 hours the member shall be entitled to 2 hours' compensation;
(2) for attendance at 1300 hours the member shall be entitled to 1½ (one and one-half) hours' compensation;
(3) for attendance at 1330 hours the member shall be entitled to 1 (one) hour's compensation. PROVIDED HOWEVER, if the Court appearance is cancelled by the Prosecutor prior to 1400 hours, the member Member will be eligible to receive the Court attendance compensation only.
(iv) For the purpose of subsection 9.7(e)(iii) above, if the Member elects to be paid in lieu of time-off he/she shall be paid at straight time rates.
