Common use of Prosecutor's Interviews Clause in Contracts

Prosecutor's Interviews. (a) Where an employee is required to attend a Prosecutor's interview immediately following the completion by the employee of the employee's regular day shift in preparation for a case to be heard in a Court of criminal jurisdiction at which the employee is to give evidence as a witness, the employee shall be entitled to 4 hours' compensation.

(ai) Where an employee a Member is required to attend upon a Prosecutor's prosecutor for an interview immediately following the completion by the employee Member of the employee's his/her regular day shift in preparation for a case to be heard in a Court of criminal jurisdiction at which the employee is to give evidence as a witness, the employee Member shall be entitled to 4 hours' compensationcompensation of four hours straight time rates, or if the Member so elects he/she shall be given four hours time-off in lieu of pay.
