PROTECTION OF AN EMPLOYEE. A. Assault/Battery – Any case of assault and/or battery upon an employee while in the course of employment shall be promptly reported to the Administration. The employee and any witnesses shall complete an incident report. An employee may file report/charges with the appropriate local law enforcement agency; ECHO will provide reasonable assistance to the employee in connection with the handling of the incident by law enforcement.
