Protection of Deliverables Sample Clauses

Protection of Deliverables. Customer shall take reasonable steps to protect Deliverables from disclosure to third parties. Any proprietary rights notices must be reproduced and included on all copies of Deliverables. If a Deliverable consists of software code, except for open source software or as otherwise specified in the SOW, the source code is not licensed to Customer. Customer may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any object code except as expressly permitted by law.

Protection of Deliverables. Once the Work Product is delivered to Client, the Services shall be deemed complete, and Cinematographer shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Work Product. It shall be the sole responsibility of Client to retain, protect and/or archive the Work Product upon delivery by Cinematographer. Cinematographer makes no warranties, representations or guarantees as to the length of time that the Work Product will be maintained and/or remain accessible to Client when stored digitally or posted online. As such, Client accepts responsibility for downloading and/or accessing and archiving the Film(s) upon delivery by Cinematographer.
Protection of Deliverables. Customer shall take all reasonable steps to protect Deliverables under this Agreement, from unauthorized copying or use. If a Deliverable consists of Code, the Source Code of such Deliverable is not licensed to Customer (subject to section 6.1) and Customer agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any Code except and only to the extent it is expressly permitted by applicable law.

  • OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DELIVERABLES The City shall own all rights, titles, and interests throughout the world in and to the deliverables.

  • Ownership of Deliverables Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, Contractor hereby assigns to the JBE ownership of all Deliverables, any partially-completed Deliverables, and related work product or materials. Contractor agrees not to assert any rights at common law, or in equity, or establish a copyright claim in any of these materials.   • Proprietary Notices Customer agrees to maintain and reproduce all copyright, proprietary, and other notices on all copies, in any form, of the Software in the same form and manner that such copyright and other proprietary notices are included on the Software. Except as expressly authorized in the Agreement, Customer shall not make any copies or duplicates of any Software without the prior written permission of Cisco.
