Protection of Discharged Employee. The employer may not prevent or attempt to prevent, by word or writing of any kind, any discharged employee from obtaining any other employment. The employer may, however, inform by word or writing any other employer to whom a discharged employee has applied for employment with a truthful statement of the reason for such discharge.
