PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES. Any case of assault upon an Employee which has its inception in a school-centered problem shall be reported immediately in writing to the Superintendent or his/her designated representative. In the event of such an assault, the Employee involved may request the assistance of the Administration in such matter. These requests shall be made in writing to the Superintendent who shall make a determination as to whether the conduct of the Employee making such request justifies any assistance from the Administration and the extent thereof.
