Protection of Individual and Group Rights. 1. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the School Board, a member of the School Board, or their designated representatives from meeting with any employee for expression of the employee's views. In the area of collective bargaining, no changes or modifications in this Agreement shall be made except through consultation or negotiation with the Association.
