PROTECTION OF WORK. 20.1. Contractor shall fully protect the Work from loss or damage and shall bear the cost of any such loss or damage until final payment has been made. If Contractor, or any one for whom Contractor is legally liable, is responsible for any loss or damage to the Work, or other work or materials of FWC or FWC's separate contractors, Contractor shall be charged with the same, and any monies necessary to replace such loss or damage shall be deducted from any amounts due Contractor. 20.2. Contractor shall not load nor permit any part of any structure to be loaded in any manner that will endanger the structure, nor shall Contractor subject any part of the Work or adjacent property to stresses or pressures that will endanger it.
